How to Apply
Tourism BC welcomes applications for positions posted on our website. Be sure to submit your application, usually consisting of a resume and cover letter (unless otherwise stated), by 4:30 p.m. (Pacific Time) on the competition closing date. Submit a separate application for each position you are interested in, and quote the competition number in your cover letter. To aid us in our selection process, your cover letter should clearly summarize how you meet each of the job requirements.
As Tourism BC has two main British Columbia locations (Vancouver and Victoria) it's important to pay close attention to the location of any posted job. If you are applying to a position not located near your hometown, please indicate in your cover letter your willingness to relocate.
Please note that only those applicants being considered for a posted position will be contacted.
Tourism BC does accept unsolicited applications, and keeps them on file for a period of six months. The best way to gain employment with Tourism BC is to apply to specific job postings. If you have already submitted a general application, and see a job posting that interests you, we encourage you to submit your application again, aimed at the position you seek.
