Tourism British Columbia is aiming to continue the legacy of service excellence, by contracting professional, skilled, and highly energetic trainers to carry out training delivery of internationally recognized WorldHost® Training Services customer service workshops.
The combined team of Master Trainers and Trainers will also be key in carrying out WorldHost Training Service’s 2010 Ready strategy, which will see customer service training delivered to key stakeholders in BC in preparation for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. It is estimated that 20,000 individuals representing strategic service touch points will need to be trained prior to Games-time.
